As one of the forward thinking Build to Rent developments in Birmingham, Aston Place received the accolade in recognition of its carefully designed neighbourhood, which has created 324 homes for rent in the heart of the city.

The development which features communal workspaces, a resident’s lounge, onsite gym and bike storage facilities and free wifi also provides an abundance of outdoor space for residents, with communal gardens and sizable balconies.

Aston Place is a trail blazing project; they've not only created one of the Midlands' first build-to-rent developments on a challenging site, but done so with quite radical architecture and an exceptional finish.

The Insider Residential Property Awards honours the most innovative and successful projects, organisations and people in the Midlands residential property industry.
