With scoring based on verified resident reviews submitted on the Homeviews platform, Aston Place was awarded No.1 Development in Birmingham and placed in the top three in the country overall. The Team Member of the Year award also went to Aston Place’s Kishor Tahiliani, with a Highly Commended award for the whole team.

Other awards received included ‘Top Development in Scotland’ for The Point, and second place in the Top National Management Company (less than 3,000 units) and Chapel Wharf placing in the top three in the country.
