We're excited to announce that Unity & Armouries, our latest build-to-rent development of 162 apartments in Birmingham, is nearing completion.

Unity & Armouries is our second development in the city of Birmingham, in addition to Aston Place; already recognised as the top build-to-rent development in the city on review platform, Homeviews.
Our work in Birmingham is far from over, however, as our focus will now move on to Warner's Field. The project is currently awaiting planning permission, and once accepted, will deliver over 1,300 homes not far from U&A within Birmingham City Council’s new “Rea Valley Urban Quarter”.
This development will offer a range of apartment types, modern on-site facilities, and shared spaces reflecting the way people live today, within this brand-new neighbourhood which will also include cafes, restaurants, independent retailers and lots of green spaces along the banks of the river.
